Warranty Coverage

Standard & Extended Warranty

  • All Comfyer products come with a 12-month limited warranty from the date of purchase.
  • By registering your product on our official website (comfyer.net), you can extend your warranty for an additional 6 months for free, totaling 18 months of coverage.

Warranty Eligibility

To qualify for warranty service, you must:

  • Purchase from Comfyer’s official store or an authorized third-party dealer.
  • Provide valid proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or invoice).
  • Use the product as directed in the user manual.

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  • Products purchased from unauthorized resellers.
  • Improperly used, modified, or repaired products.
  • Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or cosmetic issues that do not affect functionality.
  • Lost or stolen items.
  • Products purchased over 18 months ago (unless otherwise stated).
  • Non-quality-related issues beyond 30 days of purchase.
  • Free or promotional products.

How to Request Warranty Service

If Purchased from an Authorized Dealer

  • If the issue requires a replacement or refund, please reach out to the retailer where you purchased the product. Authorized dealers handle exchanges and refunds based on their policies.

If Purchased from an Unauthorized Dealer

We recommend returning the product to the seller for a refund and purchasing from an authorized retailer to ensure full warranty coverage.
